Do you offer a free day or week trial?

We do not offer free trials. Instead, you may purchase one of our temporary visitor passes to try out the gym. If you decide to join, we’ll credit the cost of your visitor pass toward any monthly membership or paid-in-full membership option. This way, your first visit goes right back into your fitness journey with us.

What are PBFit+ Classes Like? PBFit+ classes are circuit and station-based workouts designed for all fitness levels. Each class is coach-led, with trainers guiding you through strength, mobility, and conditioning movements in a supportive, community atmosphere. You’ll move through different stations with varied equipment, from free weights to functional tools, so every class feels fresh and challenging.

The workouts are 50 minutes, held on our rooftop North Deck and indoor studio depending on weather. With plenty of fresh air, neighborhood views, and positive energy. Whether your goal is to get stronger, move better, or just enjoy a sweat with friends, PBFit+ is built to deliver results while keeping fitness fun and approachable.

Is the North Deck closed to Open Gym during classes?

No — the North Deck is not closed during class times. Our trainers place cones to section off the small area needed for class, and Open Gym members are welcome to use all other parts of the deck. Because we are a small community gym, everyone works together and it runs smoothly. The North Deck is the only area shared during classes; all other decks and the indoor space remain open for regular training.

How do I cancel my membership? You may cancel your membership in any of the following ways:

• Visit the front desk during staffed hours.

• Send an email request to info@pbfitnesssd.com.

• Log into your Member Portal, go to Membership, and select Cancel.
