Recorded Workouts – I’ve got you covered! You’ll have access to recorded versions of all classes. Each workout is recorded, and a link is provided for each class throughout the month, allowing you to exercise at your convenience. These links are easily accessible in the Facebook group’s workout library.
What you need:
Zoom Account
Computer, tablet or phone
Dumbbells, 1,2,3 or 5 lbs + , or body weight to start would be just fine!
Resistance bands (optional if you continue class - I have an amazon link for purchase)
Facebook account (optional, but not required, helpful for recorded workouts)
